In Which I Start My Alaskan Garden

Spring means planning and starting my garden! This was shot back in early April, so spring has finally come to Alaska, and all that snow finally melted.
I like to start my seeds in eggshells. After cracking in half, rinse them out and poke a whole in the bottom with a toothpick. Cut the carton in half and use the lid as a tray underneath. For starting bigger seeds, I use any random containers. Make sure to poke holes in the bottom for drainage with scissors.
